Farm Gimlet
2 oz Modernist Gin
Half a lime, sliced
1 egg white
Fresh mint
Splash simple syrup

Muddle lime slices in pint glass

Place mint in the palm of your hand and slap it (no, really) and add it to the glass

Add gin, egg white and simple syrup Shake first without ice (it’s called a dry shake)

Add ice and shake again Pour through a strainer into martini glass Garnish with a slice of cucumber

Enjoy all of your hard work! It’s worth it.

Curacao Liquor
33 ⅓
1 ½ oz bourbon
½ oz dry vermouth
¼ oz Modernist Curaçao

Combine in rocks glass

Stir, add ice

Garnish with an orange twist

This one’s easy

(We recommend using Buffalo Trace bourbon and Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, but feel free to substitute your favorite)

Liz Lemon
1 ½ oz Modernist Vodka
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
Fresh tarragon

Combine vodka, lemon juice, honey syrup

Shake and pour over ice in highball glass

Top with ¼ oz sparkling wine

Garnish with fresh tarragon

Drink while laying in a hammock on a hot day
